Katie Hopkins launched a seething attack on a CNN reporter, as she accused the broadcasting network of being biased. Hala Gorani was left totally NONPLUSSED by the controversial Daily Mail columnist, as the pair clashed live on air on Thursday.

Hopkins was invited onto CNN to speak about Brexit and why she believed Donald Trump would win the US presidential election – despite trailing in most major polls.
The interview quickly turned into a heated row after Hopkins accused the broadcaster of being Hillary Clinton’s personal news network. Hopkins said,
“I think he’s going to win. I think you guys are in for a big surprise, which I’m quite excited about.
“I think we’ve seen a very similar thing here in the UK with Brexit. We saw a lot of the liberal press kind of sneering at
“We saw a lot of the liberal press kind of sneering at Brexiteers, we saw a lot of the sneering we now see from the Clinton News Network.”
Gorani cut her off asking if she had really just called the broadcaster the “Clinton News Network”.
“Yes, that is correct.”
The heated discussion continued as the anchor argued CNN was a balanced media outlet that used facts and polls to back up their stories.
Hopkins wasn’t interested in what Gorani had to say, she said she was bored of polls and they should be ignored.
“I’m bored of the polls, I think none of us need to take any notice of them whatsoever. “
“We learned that in the UK with Brexit. We learned indeed with our General Election.”
“What I will say having sat in the Republican convention in Cleveland and watched your news network, it is entirely bias I think in coverage. I think Trump is going a great job.”
The CNN reporter savaged her for continuing to throw around accusations without being able to back them up with facts.
Hopkins told Gorani:
“You were just saying how Trump really struggles with women, you guys seem to love presenting us women, and I am vaguely a woman, as victims. I don’t see myself as a victim.”
“Many women, hard working women, don’t see themselves as victims. And we can also look at other polls, that say 70 per cent of individuals find Clinton to be utterly distasteful.
“I find her abhorrent to look at. Her little smile there does nothing for me.“
The CNN reporter appeared to be less than impressed with Hopkins, as she told her that
“nobody has said everybody loves Hillary Clinton – far from it”.
The fiery exchange continued ending in Gorani telling the columnist to stop putting words in her mouth.
Snapping back at Ms Hopkins, the anchor raged:
“This conversation is actually going completely off the rails.
Hopkins took on Hillary over Bill’s indescretions,
“She was there supporting her husband while he was in the Oval Office with Monica Lewinsky on her knees next to him… that’s not the strong kind of woman I want… that’s not a strong woman to me, honey.”
Gorani then objected to being referred to as ‘honey’.
“If you call me, ‘honey’, that is very condescending,” she tells Hopkins, before finishing the interview by asking the writer why she backed Brexit.
Hopkins explains Brexit was about “taking back control”, then has a final stab at CNN, who she compared to the BBC.
“Our state broadcaster was very biased in their coverage. They did not believe Brexit would win. They found it very difficult to admit that we won and I find your coverage to be very similar with Trump.”
Watch Katie Hopkins absolutely eviscerate CNN interviewer. Awesome. https://t.co/fYARqvfp7R

“It seems like we’ve just entered a post-fact world where no matter what we say to you, you will actually deny facts and then fabricate quotes and then put them in my mouth.”
This was so beautiful, I damn near cried. Among other offenses, she upset a CNN Hillary Hostess. Called her Honey. https://t.co/sKd0eAMjIQ
