One Dead and Several people are reportedly injured after a van plowed through a crowd of pedestrians outside a London mosque.
“London has woken up to the news of another appalling attack on our city.”
London police investigating a suspected terror attack have arrested a 48 year old on suspicion of attempted murder after a van was driven into a crowd of people on a London street near a mosque in Finsbury Park. Eyewitnesses have said the man got out of the vehicle and shouted “I want to kill all Muslims.”
The Sun, citing police, states that there is a “number of casualties” with one arrest being made. The outlet states that armed police officers have rushed to the scene, with a police helicopter seen circling above.
According to Breitbart, one died during the attack and 10 were injured, but it is unclear whether the death was caused directly by the van plowing into the crowd. Local police report that all the victims of the attack were from the Muslim faith.
Twitter images from Tommy Robinson, one of which he claims shows the vehicle used in the attack.
Another post by Robinson allegedly shows the suspect being arrested.
Europe has seen a number of vehicular attacks lately, the most recent having taken place in late May, when three Muslim terrorists plowed into a crowd on London Bridge and proceeded to stab several people, killing 7.
